Booking and payment terms

At the time of booking, you can either pay the full amount or pay a deposit of 30% to confirm the booking, while the remaining 70% must be paid within 30 days of deposit payment. If the reservation is made within 60 days of the beginning of the stay, the amount must be paid in full to confirm the reservation, no later than 24 hours after the request; otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING:

If cancellation occurs within 15 days of booking, the refund will be 100%.

If the cancellation is made after 15 days of the booking and 60 days before the stay, the penalty is 30%.

If the cancellation is made between 30 days and 60 days before the start of the stay, the penalty is 80%.

If the cancellation is made within 30 days before the stay, the penalty is 100%.
